My philosophy is that wellness follows the establishment and maintenance of optimum health and balance. Wellness is inherent in everyone, no matter what disease(s) is/are being experienced. It is my job to help you find the spark of wellness that will continue to grow and empower you on your journey in life.
I spend my days, hiking, biking, cooking, gardening and doing a variety of yoga classes, some of which I teach. I love being with friends on the trail or in the kitchen or garden.
I use state of the art (and science) testing; which covers hormones, gastrointestinal inflammation, function and biome, neurotransmitters, adrenals and food sensitivities. I then, create plans based on supplements, homeopathy, botanicals (western and eastern) and yoga (movement, breathing techniques and meditation) that are designed for the individual patient.
