About me
After waking up from a deep meditation I realized that my true purpose was to help others.
Initially, I believed the best way to help people was through psychology, however when I started to work with people in mental health and substance use, I started to see that these were individuals who never had a chance to tune in with their energy or to heal, their treatment was more focused on how to mask and put a band aid over their struggles. This led me to focus on healing and thinking about how I could combine Western evidenced-based psychology with energy work and other modalities.
