Malorie is an integrative registered dietitian nutritionist with over a decade of experience teaching clients on how to improve their life through eating better. Using the "food as medicine" approach, Malorie focuses on incorporating whole foods in order to help treat and manage numerous health conditions Malorie has a undergraduate degree in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh and a graduate degree in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is active in both local and national dietitian groups.
Malorie started applying integrative nutrition to her practice after her first daughter was born with cerebral palsy. Using her experience with her daughter, Malorie now works with other special needs families on how to implement targeted integrative nutrition therapies to help these children thrive. Malorie is also studying to become an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP).
Malorie is a certified LEAP therapist (CLT) and has received advanced clinical training in adverse food reactions, including food allergies, food sensitivities, and food intolerance.
Malorie is also certified in adult and pediatric weight management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
When Malorie is not busy spreading the word about good nutrition she enjoys family time with her husband, two daughters and three dogs as well as practicing yoga.
