I have been immersed in holistic health my entire life. I continue to study, test, and enjoy the rewards of many integrated practices.
With a background in massage, energy healing, yoga, dance, and movement meditation, I now offer holistic health coaching one-on-one, vegan lifestyle education, and teach Bowspring, a (r)evolutionary template for optimal health to the local community.
