About me
About me
I am an Advanced Teacher Trainer for Svaroopa Vidya Ashram in the style of Svaroopa Yoga. I travel throughout the United States training teachers in the Foundations of Svaroopa Yoga and Embodyment Therapy at the Svaroopa Vidya Ashram in Downingtown PA.
When I am not traveling, I teach workshops and work one on one with clients specializing in Yoga for the Back specifically releasing the tension in the Spine. These sessions may include Yoga Therapy; Yoga Poses; Pranayama - Breathing Practices; Cranio Sacral Therapy; Vichara Therapy and more.
