About me
My healing journey started in my mid twenties when I discovered Reiki and energy balancing as a way to deal with anxieties, constant worry, and feelings of being unbalanced. I realized I was always "on" as a teacher, athlete, and coach, and found that Reiki, Crystal Healing, Meditation, and learning to let go has transformed my life to divine light, love, and abundance. I feel that Reiki has helped me to forgive myself and others, while bringing balance and light into my life. I have spent most of my life as a health and physical education teacher and personal trainer.
