About me
As a therapist, I use my professional and life experiences when faced with how others have survived the universal pain of life's unexpected hardship and adversity.
I believe in acknowledging the importance of empowering clients towards independence instead of dependence or feelings of disempowerment. It is important during therapy for clients to: 1) develop tools for facing their life challenges, 2) know what the signs are when they need to take action and 3) know how to access the resources they have developed.
