I studied biology as lab technician, thus I was always interested by health and wellness.
My path in Jin Shin Jyutsu started about 15 years ago when I discovered the principles and philosophy of this art. I completed several workshops and seminaries in order to deepen my knowledge in this art. I discovered I could help people without the help of drugs or physical manipulations, as I understood the state in which the body knows how to restore itself to perfect balance.
