About me
I am a yoga practitioner in my 10th year. I am a certified yoga instructor in my first year, trained in Vancouver, BC, Canada (Sept.2020, Jadayoga, Sadie Lawrence, Teacher Trainer).
I currently guide retired women and provide them the confidence to increase their body awareness and experience their ability to expand and move their bodies.
