About me
My main interest in life is to feel great in body and mind, and help others do the same.
I spent a significant portion of my life not feeling good. I was eating the wrong foods, suffered from gut issues, and felt wired but tired. Also, I was living on the sugar rollercoaster, which led to all kinds of health issues such as mood fluctuations, energy crashes, cravings for more carbs/sugars, bloating, weight, and inflammation to name a few. I felt stuck in a vicious cycle.
This led to a pursuit of education in Holistic Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
