About me
I have been a dietitian for over 17 years now and started my career working in the fitness/wellness and hospital clinical realm when two years into my career I experienced my own health crisis.
I had what I thought was food poisoning but I couldn't recover from it and each day new symptoms arose. I was suffering from brutal abdominal pain and other digestive symptoms, muscles aches, pains and weakness, migraines, neurological issues (numbness/tingling), insomnia and more. Eventually, I would be so sick that I would end up bed ridden for a period of time.
