I reached out to Mark initially because I was really feeling stuck with my health and overall wellness. Between covid and really like I wasn’t able to lose weight/take my health seriously. I felt like I needed someone else to push me in a positive way. I made the right choice by reaching out to Mark.  
In my six months with Mark, I was able to learn a lot about myself...in ways I’ve never really realized before. I was able to think about food differently and how it’s supposed to nourish my body, and also learn about the importance of working out - and how great it really feels amazing when I push myself. He also really taught me how to push myself when it comes to a work life balance - yes, work is important but it’s not your life...and we all need to give ourselves a bit of a break. 
I think Mark is great at this entire profession. I can definitely see him being one of the best in this field. Specifically, he was amazing at holding me accountable (which was something I asked for) every single time we connected. I also felt like I could be completely vulnerable with Mark. It’s been a very rough year for many - Mark knew exactly how to navigate emotions and connecting it to overall wellness, which to me, really helped me look on the bright side and the bigger picture when it comes to my physical health and mental health. He was patient, kind, and completely genuine. Lastly, I learned from him that health is wealth, and that’s something that sticks with me everyday.  
I would and already have recommended Mark as anyone’s Health coach because he is definitely someone who pushes his clients in all the right ways, but also makes them feel like they are going at their own pace. He’s changed my entire outlook on how I view my health (so much that he even got me to sign up for a physical trainer which I never would have done). He’s simply the best, and if you’re struggling with your health or want to change your lifestyle, don’t hesitate, go to him...I swear he will change your life! 
I reached out to Mark initially because one of my friends recommended his program to me. At the time, I was struggling with weight loss and maintaining a fitness regimen, as well as trying to work through some more personal issues. Essentially, I wanted to live a better, healthier, and more balanced life. In the 3 months I worked with Mark, I was able to make positive changes in my diet and overall lifestyle. Mark gave me exercise suggestions and information about foods that I assumed were healthy, so I was able to make healthier decisions and maximize my dieting efforts. Additionally, I worked with Mark to work through some of the situations that increase my stress and anxiety. In doing this, he helped me to identify instances that are triggering and ways to work through some of those emotions. He also gave me book recommendations and was constantly checking in to see how I managed tough situations throughout the week.  Overall, I think that Mark is an amazing coach and I appreciated his dedication and attentiveness during our time working together. He is a great listener and always made me feel comfortable and understood during our sessions. I also really liked the additional support outside of our sessions, such as daily/weekly check-in texts and emails with research/information about topics discussed during our sessions.  I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Mark and I would recommend his services to everyone. I believe that his program is well designed and very personalized to each individual’s needs. He is able to manage a good balance between helping, while still holding you accountable in a positive way. Mark is thoughtful and warm and truly wants the best for each of his clients. In my opinion, I could not have hoped for a better experience and will definitely be working with Mark in the future.

In the 3 months working with Mark, I was able to learn what foods were good for my body and learn about how yoga helps my mind. I ended up falling love with yoga and practicing with him for over 2 months. I was able to learn so much about myself in the process, specifically on how to connect the mind and the body I think Mark is great at getting to know his clients personally and helping them through their journey. He gets to know the whole person, not just one part of their lifestyle in order to help. I would, and already have recommended Mark to many of my friends and family members. He is mindful, attentive and caring at all times while still holding you accountable for hour goals.

I did a 2-month health coaching program with Mark and he is just amazing! During the program Mark coached me on topics such as starting a keto diet, recovering from work related stress, and being the best version of myself as a yoga teacher. Mark has a holistic approach for health and the combination of being a health coach and yoga teacher makes him super knowledgeable and relevant for anyone who is interested in having a better diet, improving work-life balance or finding a perfect workout plan. As a person Mark is reliable, supporting and extremely empathetic.  It was easy to build a trusted relationship. He was very always present in our sessions and challenged my thinking in a good way. Thank you for past months and I'm looking forward to continue our coaching journey next year!
I reached out to Mark initially because I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of how my mind and body were connected. In my 6 months with Mark, I was able to get my sleep cycle back on track, develop a healthy relationship with food and incorporate movement into my daily routine with ease. I think Mark is a great listener. He is patient and takes his time while getting to know you. You feel the love for what he does because he goes above and beyond to provide you with information to help you achieve your goals. His consistency kept me accountable for the things that I wanted to change about my daily lifestyle. He brought awareness to the things that I neglected and made sure that he provided me with support and creative ways to keep me motivated. I have recommended Mark as a Health coach to multiple friends and family because of how he impacted my life. He helped me genuinely feel better. His really cares about his clients and is someone who you will feel comfortable talking to right away. He is patient, knowledgeable and kind. 
I initially came to mark with some low back pain and wanting to improve my flexibility in my hips. He sent me a few tutorial videos he personally made for me which were extremely helpful. After just one consultation I could tell he genuinely wanted to pass on his knowledge and help me improve my health in whatever aspect was most important to me. Not only did we focus on nutrition and physical wellness, but Mark made a point to discuss mental health as much as possible to make sure my intentions were aligned with my actions. Mark has so much knowledge in so many different fields and I am sure he can help anyone regardless of their needs and wants.
