About me
I love Bowenwork! I have been a Bowenwork Practitioner since 2011. Bowenwork is a series of slow gentle movements over specific muscles, tendons or ligaments, with well placed pauses. It is incredibly relaxing. It resets your body to begin healing. It balances your body. This modality is truly a powerful tool. My clients and I have had amazing results from this modality. You have to try it to believe it!
