I love coaching women who are on a journey for self-discovery, seeking to live out of their values more fully (or perhaps to understand what those values are), and have the courage to live fully into who they want to be.
My background includes an undergraduate degree in Health and Physical Education, a Master of Divinity, an Educational Specialist in Counseling and a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Growth and Development. This represents my interests in the integration of the whole person.
