About me
About me
My own transformational journey and emotional wellness began seven years ago. Until then, I replayed my past daily with total unacceptance that created shame and guilt. Life held bouts of self-destruction, beliefs of unacceptance, and a back-pack full of emotional baggage. Years and years of unrest and seasons of minimal joy. The healing began when I gave myself permission to want a change and the willingness to take it on.
