About me
Exploring beliefs, spirituality, consciousness, breathing, and physical practice is the cornerstone of my Yoga Therapy, Meditation, and Yoga Spiritual Guide sessions.
In Yoga Therapy, we use tools such as physical practice (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation alongside deep internal study and exploration of the Self to change what we can and accept what we cannot change with loving grace and gratitude.
