My passion to become a Spiritual Wellness Coach grew, when I no longer allowed my past to define me, and continued to let go, set boundaries and build, transform and thrive physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually,
When I tell my clients “I understand” I mean it! I’ve been there. I come from my own personal experiences of abuse, abandonment, being bullied, loss of loved ones, divorce, single parenting, and blended families.
