About me
About me
I've been shaped through the years by consistent contemplative practices, Buddhist, depth and somatic psychology. I am endlessly curious about human beings and what gets in the way of our being at home in our own skin. I'm not interested in pat answers or trite sayings but the rich, messy, compost of our confusion that transforms as wisdom.
My Philosophy of Care
I was inspired by the first massage I received in 1985. It was this a good delivery system for my gifts of empathy and skilled touch. After 14 years of doing massage, my body was tired and I was bored.
