About me
About me
I am a dietitian, health coach, and former personal trainer. They way in which I support women has evolved quite a bit and mimics my own journey with using food to support optimal wellbeing. I began my work as a dietitian by guiding women towards weight loss which evolved into then using food as medicine while uncovering root causes for health issues. Now, I help women come into a healthy relationship with food and their body in order to nourish with grace. I have found that this is the foundation that must be built before any other nutritional therapies are put into place.
