About me
About me
I grew up in New Jersey and now live in Miami. My practice is driven from a deep empathetic and compassionate place of what it is to be in pain. I have suffered from many injuries that are now chronic and explored many different modalities and did my own personal work that I still implement for myself and love to share with others. If what I am doing is not working or not the right fit for the person I have no shame in referring out to other amazing therapist and practitioners that may be a better suit for whatever it is the person may be looking for.
