About me
About me
I'm a 41-year-old mother of two. I have been married to my husband for 18 years and live in the great Pacific Northwest. I was raised in the mountains of north Idaho and have a great love and appreciation for all things outside. I enjoy hikes and gardening as well as books of all kinds, self-development, and growth.
My Philosophy of Care
I found myself at 283lbs in 2018 and knew I needed to change. Not just for me but my family as well. I was presented with an opportunity to embrace health and learn how to make changes that would last.
