About me
I started out my journey in the massage/energy work field. After working in the field for about 12 years, I decided I wanted a more "whole"-listic approach. I returned to school to study mental health counseling. In 2017, I graduated with my Master's degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in transpersonal and wilderness therapy.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, negative/irrational core beliefs, low self-esteem, and people who are looking to reach self-actualization.
