About me

With a combined experience of over 90 years in the healing arts, our co-founders, Richard Mack, Madelana Ferrara, and Debora Catanio, bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support your well-being.
Richard Mack, L.M.T., MSME/T, and Reiki practitioner, draws from his background in Native American spirituality, Pranic Healing, and Somatic Movement Therapy to help clients of all ages who have been impacted by trauma, stress, or neurological disorders. His specialized practice with differently abled athletes is a testament to his commitment to empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Madelana Ferrara, M.A., CYT, MSME/T, and e-RYT, is an intuitive mind/body/heart healer who integrates her diverse education in music, vocal training, theater arts, psychology, meditation, yoga, and shamanism. As a certified practitioner in The Trager Approach and a certified Yoga Therapist, Madelana has helped countless individuals overcome emotional imbalances, recover from injuries, manage pain, and find solace in addiction recovery.
