About me
Welcome to my profile! I have been a Registered Nurse for 34 years, started my career working with open heart and other cardiac surgeries. In 1998, I developed an anxiety and panic disorder that took me on my own healing journey. I opened my own holistic nutrition and homeopathic practice using biofeedback. I have never stopped learning. I currently employ RTT Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy to a functional medicine philosophy. Incorporating mindset and lifestyle and nutritional enhancements to help my clients take 100% responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
