About me
About me
A labor doula is a birth professional who serves women (and their families) physically,
emotionally and informationally during the perinatal time.
I am a certified labor doula with CAPPA : Childbirth and Postpartum Professional
Association.
I studied Therapeutic Massage for one year.
Before birth, I support women and their husbands/partners with prenatal visits
to educate and discover what they envision for the birth.
During the birth, positioning, nurturing touch (acupressure), continuous support
is offered.
