About me
I work with women who struggle with their emotions in all areas of life but especially with their partner. Women often don't know what to do with difficult emotions so they often stuff them inside or express them in a way that is often hurtful. I work with you on all emotions so you are in charge of them. Feelings are powerful and play a role in what you think, body sensations, beliefs, decisions you make and actions you take. This is such important work and I love what I do!
