About me
About me
I have been a Registered Dietitian practicing integrative nutrition for nearly 10 years. I have witnessed transformations so profound, in both myself and clients, one would think they were magic. But as I came to learn, the body heals with ease when worked with holistically.
For 22 years, I believed her chronic asthma was incurable. Being dependent upon medication and spending nights in the emergency room was the only reality I knew. It was tough, but I was tougher.
