About me

About meMy healing approach emphasizes the use of more natural ways to alleviate pain and stress of clients while strengthening their resistance to disease. I am a Upledger Institute trained CranioSacral Therapist specializes in care for Headache/Migraine, and Post-concussive Syndrome. My interests also include the use of Integrative therapies in managing Stress and Anxiety. The goal of my practice is to support and partner with my clinetss on their healing journey, giving them an additional therapeutic option to approach emotional, cognitive and physical wellness. I graduated from Cornell University School of Medical Sciences, and served as a Fellow in Integrative Medicine at Harvard Medical School, with CranioSacral Therapy shadowing experience at Osher Clinical Center for Integrative Medicine, Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
