About me
My path to health and wellness coaching started back in 2016. I was looking to lose weight and lower my cholesterol. I tried everything from personal trainers to restrictive diets, with no success. I stumbled upon a health coach that helped me to look at things differently and focus on my goals with a personal plan. It took some time, but the 50 pounds are gone and have stayed off for almost 5 years. I was so inspired by the success I was experiencing and wanted to share my journey with other people suffering to reach their goals.
