As a licensed therapist, the main focus of my treatment is establishing a therapeutic relationship, as I believe in facilitating effective counseling, primarily the connection between therapist and client In therapy, I am compassionate, supportive, and present. I work with my clients to meet them where they are emotionally, but also providing them the accountability to help them reach their goals.
The therapeutic process can help empower individuals to work through difficult life transitions, traumatic events, strained relationships, depression, anxiety, and other stressors.
