About me
About me
My journey of holistic health began at an early age. As an athlete in high school, I developed a passion for understanding how the body works, which later led me to pursue a career in physical therapy. Shortly after beginning my career as a doctor of physical therapy, I witnessed a significant void in the lack of focus on the connection between stress, sleep, emotions, movement, nutrition and healing. This led me to receive my Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification and guide people on a healing journey using the power of whole foods and habit architecture.
