About me
About me
I am an ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual minister and yoga teacher experienced in working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I have taught yoga classes to people from ages 2 to 99 years old, and I'm also a fire chaplain with my local fire and rescue department where I offer spiritual services to those who vow to serve and protect. I especially enjoy helping people use yoga and yogic practices to assist healing in the various realms of their being: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical.
