About me
Having come from a conservative Indian family, shame has been a major part of my childhood, where I didn't feel the right to express myself freely. Having faced sexual abuse several times, I had forgotten to fight for myself and accepted toxic behavior as it came. This repeated in my relationships which lead me to believe that I am not worthy of love. This made me reject healthy love and run after emotionally unavailable people.
