Hi, I’m Kayla! I am the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant behind Nourished Mothers. I am proud to provide nutrition and lactation consultations both in-home around the Denver Metro area and virtually across the state of Colorado. I also offer online nutrition workshops on various topics including pre and postnatal nutrition as well as breastfeeding and baby-led weaning.
