About me
They say that what you teach is what you need to learn most.
My interest in healing trauma through the body has been a result of my own healing journey into self-love.
I kept “finding” guides and healers that helped me realize that the only way true healing was going to happen was if I included my whole self, my body, my soul, my spirit, not just my mind, in my healing process.
I’ve always been interested in movement, but it wasn’t until later in life that I realized I was using it as a way to inhabit the world more fully. By inhabiting my own body.
