About me
She is an entrepreneur, coach, and certified Reiki Master. At an early age she was drawn to helping others find wholeness and healing, first pursuing a degrees in psychology and sociology. She was fascinated by the intersection of mental health, wellness, culture and community. Post college her journey truly began in addiction treatment and trauma-informed care as a crisis counselor, followed by a stint in Namibia, Africa with the Peace Corps. Traveling the world and helping guide people to their true purpose is her calling.
