My name is Omar and I 'm a weight loss coach who specializes in helping people drastically reduce the number one culprit in weight gain: sugar. I'm also the co-host of the podcast "This Podcast Burns Fat", which profiles the top experts and leaders in the field of weight loss and nutrition.
I have always been fascinated by health and wellness, but I was inspired to become a wellness professional when I had a personal breakthrough with weight loss and body transformation when I eliminated sugar from my diet. I was truly addicted to sugar and struggled with many diets without any significant success in the area of weight loss. It wasn't until I discovered the impact sugar had on my metabolism overall that I began to see dramatic changes in my weight. Seeing this one change produce such dramatic results inspired me to become a health coach and share my findings with others who are in need.

During our initial consultation, I bring this to light so that clients see that not only do they underestimate the amount of sugar they have in their diet, but leave hopeful that they can take steps to do something about it an get the results that has eluded them thus far.
