I gently and compassionately assist people to be aware of how they are breathing and introduce them to practices they can easily incorporate into their daily life.
Breathwork is so powerful and can assist us to feel calm, focused, present and many other benefits. And, most of us don't know how to use it or even that it is a powerful healing tool.
Through private sessions and in person and online classes I assist clients in being aware of your breath and using it to create a life they truly desire.
