About me
About me
Patricia’s life and wellness journey are inspired by her ‘don’t look back’ attitude. She applies her positive attitude to many of life’s curve balls to accomplish success. She likes to just ‘go for it’ in all that she does. No regrets. Patricia was thrown into the fitness world at an early age by her mother, who is a model health and fitness educator. Patricia has played competitive sports for over 14 years. Some may say she is a lover of sports!
Patricia earned her B.S. in Sport Management with a strong emphasis in Kinesiology and Anatomy, from Texas A&M University.
