About me

Patricia’s life and wellness journey are inspired by her ‘don’t look back’ attitude. She applies her positive attitude to many of life’s curve balls to accomplish success. She likes to just ‘go for it’ in all that she does. No regrets. Patricia was thrown into the fitness world at an early age by her mother, who is a model health and fitness educator. Patricia has played competitive sports for over 14 years. Some may say she is a lover of sports!

Patricia earned her B.S. in Sport Management with a strong emphasis in Kinesiology and Anatomy, from Texas A&M University. During college she learned the importance of yoga and started a steady practice. Post college, she began training with a Houston Crossfit affiliation. She continued to supplement her intense workouts with yoga. She found the yoga to be restorative and also to increase her performance in the Crossfit box. Aside from physical activity, yoga also gave Patricia a sense of self awareness and calmed her anxious mind. This is where she genuinely started to notice the profound benefits of a steady yoga practice.

Today she continues to practice and grow with yoga. Patricia earned her 200 hour yoga certifcation in 2013, earned her PIYOLET certification and has attended multiple yoga and fitness immersions. Patricia studied under Lex Gillan at the Yoga Institute. In 2015, Patricia earned her 300 hour yoga certification with Sara Turk at Cherry Blossom Yoga. Her focus is Ashtanga Vinyasa and is consumed with anatomy and movement.

Patricia finds balance with work and play by easing her mind, body and spirit through the practice and teaching of yoga and other forms of exercise. Patricia’s intention is to show athletes the importance of yoga and teach the benefits that can be reaped to improve specific sport performance.

Off the mat, Patricia loves spending time in the kitchen creating innovative, healthy recipes. She has a passion for fueling the body with wholesome, delicious food. She is constantly learning, growing and pushing herself to new adventures.
