"Meet Patricia: A Passionate Holistic Practitioner Dedicated to Your Well-being
Patricia's life and wellness journey is a testament to her unwavering positivity and 'don't look back' attitude. With a background in competitive sports and a B.S. in Sport Management from Texas A&M University, Patricia discovered the profound benefits of yoga during college. She realized that yoga not only enhanced her physical performance but also brought a sense of self-awareness and inner peace.
Driven by her passion for holistic well-being, Patricia has devoted herself to mastering the art and science of yoga. She earned her 200-hour yoga certification in 2013, followed by a PIYOLET certification and multiple yoga and fitness immersions. Under the guidance of renowned instructors Lex Gillan and Sara Turk, Patricia completed her 300-hour yoga certification, specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa with a focus on anatomy and movement.
Patricia's mission is to empower individuals, especially athletes, to unlock their full potential through the transformative power of yoga. She believes in the importance of integrating yoga into one's fitness routine to improve sport-specific performance, prevent injuries, and promote overall well-being.
Off the mat, Patricia's love for healthy living extends to the kitchen, where she creates innovative and wholesome recipes to fuel the body and nourish the soul.
