About me
Greetings! My name is Pilar Shilad. I've been a registered nurse for over 14 years and I take great pride in caring for my clients, family and home in the healthiest ways available.
I have always been passionate about maintaining optimal health through proper care and feeding using real whole foods. When my boys were babies I only fed them foods made by me the way my grandmother used to do in her ancient traditions. They thrived and were rarely sick and are growing up to be strong healthy young men with robust immune systems.
