My Philosophy of Care
My own journey of wellness has been filled with blood, sweat and tears. Throughout the years, I have sought the knowledge and expertise of many modalities of health care professionals, practitioners and healers. I became a life coach because I needed a life coach to help me navigate my way along this journey of wellness and in balancing being a professional, a mother and a significant other.
