About me
In 2007 I witnessed how powerful coaching transforms lives by looking at the how's and why's of what we do and how we feel. Since then I have had a passion for helping people get from where they are now to where they want to be. I love to support other coaches and health practitioners because they spend all their time helping others and it is vital they have someone lifting them up and giving them that safe place to heal and re-energize.
