I have been spreading the ripple effect of health for over 10 years as a Certified Wellness Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. My current mission is to TRANSFORM LIVES THROUGH WELLNESS AND WEIGHT LOSS., I am also the proud owner, creator and coach at Restorative Wellness and Weight Loss. I have successfully coached over 600 people through their own personalized programs.
