About me
With decades of nutrition counseling experience, I understand how health concerns like diabetes, heart disease, digestive issues, fatigue, weight, poor sleep, and chronic pain can change and challenge a person’s life, as well as how frustrating it can be to find a way of living and eating that is both healthy and sustainable. I am always thrilled when my clients gain more control over their health challenges and start feeling better, because they suddenly have a lot more time and energy to devote to living.
