About me
About me
Rob Jaroszuk is the proud owner and founder of RiseFIT, and has been running his own business for the past ten years. Rob emigrated from Poland when he was 11 years old, as his parents wanted him and his siblings to have a better life. In high school, Rob learned about entrepreneurship and when he started training in karate, he knew that he wanted to somehow combine fitness and business. Rob earned his black belt in Taekwondo and Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ) but after several injuries, he knew he had to start training differently if wanted to stay in shape for life.
