When I decided to work Roberta there was too much going on in my life. I was struggling with hormones while I was trying to train for my first Ironman 70.3, working full time, being a mom and wife. I wasn’t sure how she was going to help me but she surprised me every week with all the information and resources she provided. Every small change I made in my diet and life improved my well-being. I learned a lot from her about my body and how to nurture it. She was a great life coach. I highly recommend her.

'Initiate & Thrive' is a single coaching session with me to powerfully support you to take action make an excellent start towards your desired goals. If you like the idea of coaching but are not ready to commit to a program of sessions this is a great option. During our 90 minute virtual video call I coach you throughout my uniquely structured session to assess all areas of your life and promote your self discovery of where you are today in each of these. We will then explore what your dreams are for your future self and I help you to deeply connect with these. I will then support you to powerfully identify the next small steps for you to positively commit to progressing. I share insights from mindset and habit science to help you move forward with a determination for consistency and success.

About me

I'm a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a specialization in Hormone Balance. I provide:
• One to one virtual, private coaching for hard-working, ambitious, women in the mid-stage of their life.
• Excellent listening and coaching skills.
• Science-backed nutrition and holistic lifestyle techniques focused on the needs of the female body in midlife.

Ten years of climbing the corporate ladder in the oil and gas industry coupled with marriage and motherhood, left my own needs sorely neglected; everyone else came first. My maternity break gave me an opportunity to find my true purpose thanks to working with a coach giving me confidence to drive some major life changes. Through whole-food nutrition and holistic lifestyle changes, I lost 20lbs, healed from chronic joint paint, successfully balanced my hormones, and achieved endurance sports fitness capability. Becoming a coach to support like-minded women was the next natural step when I decided to leave the corporate world.

I know the drive to exceed expectations in all you do – work, family life, hobbies. You’re a motivated, high achieving, action taking woman. There is no space to feel less than vibrant and energetic. Supporting you to set your course to live a satisfying, full life is my true passion.

My Philosophy of Care

Everyone is bio-individual and no one approach to eating or lifestyle will work for everyone. Understanding of the female physiology is vital to support females, especially those in midlife. My coaching approach meets you where you are in your health journey and helps you decide the direction you want to set course for towards your healthier lifestyle. Together we clarify small doable steps you want to take, how to start and develop routines that sustain these as solid habits in your life.

My Inspiration

I changed the direction of my life to retrain and become a coach because a coach supported me figure out the direction I wanted to take to fulfill my true purpose. During my year of training I embarked on my own voyage of health improvements and so many ‘a-ha’ moments that transformed my health and vitality. 'Before embarking on the journey with Roberta I considered my self fit and healthy. I exercise regularly, playing team sports several times a week, and cook from scratch a variety of different and healthy meals for my young family on a daily basis.
