About me
About me
I am a wife of 35 years, a mom of three amazing children, and a GRANDMA to four precious grandchildren. My grandchildren are the reason I do this work. I want to be able to keep up with them and see them grow up, get married, and have babies.
My journey started about five years ago. I was in pain all the time and having severe menopausal symptoms. The pain moved from my back, to my hip, to my knee. It was getting to the point that I had to sit down to put on my socks and shoes, and that scared me.
