About me
At the core of my being I am an educator. For over 30 years I have dedicated my career to supporting the growth and wellness of each of my clients or students. I see everyone as an individual worthy of support, healing, wholeness and the feeling of ease in the mind, body and spirit. My graduate degrees in Dance(MFA) and Kinesiology(MA) have created a beautiful blend knowledge and experience to draw from when working with clients from all walks of life. The blend of the arts and sciences allows me to hear and see the unique needs and characteristics of each client I work with.
