"About Me: A Journey from Pain to Healing

As someone who suffered from debilitating migraines for years, I understand the frustration and hopelessness that comes with chronic pain. Like many of you, I tried every treatment imaginable, from traditional medicine to alternative therapies, with little to no relief. That is, until I discovered CranioSacral Therapy (CST).

After just six CST sessions, I experienced a life-changing transformation – I was finally headache-free. Inspired by my own healing journey, I decided to dedicate my life to helping others find relief through this powerful therapy. I enrolled in massage school, earned my hands-on license, and continued my education at the renowned Upledger Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Today, I am a certified Upledger Techniques practitioner and have the privilege of working at the Upledger Institute Clinic, Deep Roots Wellness in Cooper City, and offering in-home visits throughout Broward County. My passion for healing extends beyond humans, as I also treat horses and small animals.
