About me

About me
I am a Colorado native, outdoor enthusiast, anatomy nerd, and athlete. My journey into holistic healthcare began in 2017 graduating UCCS with a B.S in Health Sciences, focus in Health and Wellness Promotion, and Nutrition minor. I then started narrowing my focus into the bodywork profession at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy (CIMT) where I graduated as a licensed massage therapist and obtained my neuromuscular therapy certification in 2019. Fast-forward 2 years and I have completed certifications in Craniosacral, Cupping, Thai Yoga Massage, and Hot Stone.
